Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once processed, orders are shipped and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Hair Extension Orders

All hair extension orders must be placed at least 5–7 business days before your scheduled appointment to ensure your hair arrives on time.

MVP Beauty Haus is not responsible for appointment delays caused by late hair purchases or shipping carrier delays. If hair doesn't arrive in time, appointment will be rescheduled at no extra charge.

If you are purchasing hair for your appointment, please make sure you select hair provided when booking your appointment 

At this time, in-person pickup is not available.

All products and hair orders must be purchased through our website and shipped directly to the customer.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

MVP Beauty Haus is not responsible for lost packages, delayed deliveries, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, MVP Beauty Haus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
