Booking & Appointments

How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through our booking system.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

What if I am late?
A 15-minute grace period is provided. A $25 late fee applies after 15 minutes. Appointments are canceled after 30 minutes.

Can I bring a guest?
No. Guests are not permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service.

Hair Extensions

Do you provide hair?
Yes. Premium hair is available through MVP Beauty Haus for select services.

Is hair included in the service price?
Hair is included with K-Tip installations only unless otherwise stated.

How far in advance should I order hair?
Hair must be purchased at least 5–7 business days before your appointment.

How much hair do I need?
The amount of hair required depends on your desired length, density, and installation method. A consultation is recommended.

Do extensions damage natural hair?
When properly installed and maintained, extensions should not damage your natural hair.

How long do extensions last?
Longevity varies by installation method and maintenance routine. Aftercare instructions will be provided during your appointment.

K-Tips

Do K-Tips require a consultation?
Yes. A consultation is required before booking a K-Tip installation.

How far in advance should I book K-Tips?
K-Tip appointments must be booked 1–2 weeks in advance.

Is hair included with K-Tips?
Yes. Hair is included with all K-Tip installations.

What is included in the K-Tip service?
Wash, blowout, silk press, installation, cut, and styling are included.

Braiding Services

Is braiding hair included?
Braiding hair is included for braid services unless otherwise stated.

Should I come with my hair washed?
Please arrive with clean hair unless a shampoo service has been added.

How long do braids last?
Most braid styles last 2–8 weeks depending on maintenance and hair growth.

Color Services

Do I need a consultation for color?
Color consultations are recommended for all corrective color, blonding, and major color transformations.

Can I get color and extensions on the same day?
This depends on the desired service and hair condition. A consultation may be required.

Hair Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most hair orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

Can I purchase hair without booking an appointment?
Yes. Hair can be purchased separately through MVP Beauty Haus.

Are hair sales final?
Due to the nature of the product, all hair sales are final.

Yes. Services are customized to meet the needs of various hair textures and densities.
