Refund policy

Salon Services

All salon services are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must contact MVP Beauty Haus within 48 hours of your appointment and provide clear photos of your concerns. We may offer a correction service at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for services that have been altered, removed, or serviced by another stylist.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. $20 Deposit to secure your appointment time and are applied toward your service total.

Hair Extensions & Custom Orders

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all hair extension sales are final.

Custom hair orders, special orders, colored hair, and pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once processed.

Braid Kits & Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Digital Products & Online Courses

All sales of digital products, including ebooks, downloadable guides, templates, online classes, and educational materials, are final.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact MVP Beauty Haus directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future services and legal action to recover associated costs.
